Commission Terms of Service
Thank you for considering me for your art commission! To ensure a smooth and professional process, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions before commissioning me. By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these terms. Thank you <3
General TermsPlease provide all details for your art commission when making initial contact, explain the character(s), their pose(s), the background, and any other details you find important.I will draw the following:
-Humans
-Kemonomimi
-Slight Gore/NSFWI won’t draw the following:
-Anthro **
-Feral
-Heavy Gore/NSFW-MechaI will draw MOST furries, though since I’m newer to it please understand that it may not be my BEST quality work if your character is a furry. I do apologize for the unfortunate circumstances, and I hope to get better by working with other great artists and practicing myself. Until then, I hope you can understand. <3
Payment- All payment is done through Kirke/Artistree - please use pay-pal through these websites though.
Revisions- I allow 2 revisions after the sketch is sent, i will also send a follw-up after the flat colors are laid, 2 revisions are allowed then as well. Anything after that will be considered a late revision.
- If you aren’t happy with the artwork, please explain that, it will be considereded a late revision if the shading has already been done.
- Late or additional revisions may cost a fee, if that is the case, it will be said.
Rights and Usage- Personal use no extra charge
- Commercial use is double original price.
- Merch use is triple original price.-DO NOT:
- Feed my art to AI
- Use my artwork as an NFT
-Trace, steal, or copy my artwork
- Remove my watermark/signature
- Repost without proper credit.(If you have any questions, or this is unclear, please ask them in your initial message.)
Turn Around Time- Estimated delivery of finished artwork is about a week (5-7 days)
- Larger commissions may take more time, if that is the case I will say.
- After every step (sketch, lines, + color) I will send a picture of the piece thus far, to check for revisions and to ensure constant contact with the client.
Notes
- I will email you through the email given on Kirke/Artistree for sketch confirmation and any other contact.
- If you would prefer discord or dm’s, please let me know in your email responce where to better reach you at. Otherwise I will continue to email check-in’s until the commission is complete.
- If a commission is taking longer than you expected, please say something! I promise i don’t bite, and if there was an invisible deadline that I missed please make me aware.
- If you have ANY questions, please contact me. Even if it seems small or dumb, I’d rather clear everything up than have people questioning.
- I am NO LONGER taking commissions through DM’s on ANY PLATFORM
